Breast feeding pillow. ($10)
Better then a boppy. It is angled in, (perfect for feeding twins at the same time) has a strap that keeps it from slidding off, has a pocket in the side for storing needed supplies, and comes with a little pillow for back support.

Double snap and go stroller ($20)
Best investment we made. It was the only way I was able to get out of the house with my twins without help. I loved this stroller! It comes with the instructions as well as all the parts to convert it to hold almost any type of car seat.
